What is outlet stock?

All our items are brand-new but sold at outlet prices. These pieces may include customer returns, cancelled orders or items with minor transit damage.

Where we differ…
We are proud to be an outlet store that offers more. We fully repair with love every piece that arrives in with any damage. Paint is sourced from the same suppliers as the original retailers.

How quickly will I receive my items?

All of our stock is assessed when we first receive it; some items are in perfect condition and are ready to ship straight away. Other pieces may need to be re-sprayed or undergo minor repairs in our workshop - in which case we ask for up to 4 weeks to complete these. This ensures we can get your items looking their best. When you are browsing our website, you will see on the product pages how quickly your item can be shipped.

What about out of stock items?

the quickest was to find out about new in stick is to sign up to our mailing list or follow us on socials. You can also email us if you are on the lookout for a certain pieces.

Can you store my order?

Yes - We appreciate that you may not be quite ready for your items and are therefore happy to store without charge for up to 2 weeks after purchase.

Furniture Orders

Do I have to assemble the furniture myself?

Most items arrive assembled or require minimal assembly. If tools or full assembly are needed, clear instructions and any required parts are included. If instructions are missing, we’ll provide them. Please note all wardrobes arrive part assembled to enable access up any awkward stairs.

Can I collect my order?

Yes – you’re welcome to collect purchases in person from our Leicestershire warehouse during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9.00- 15:00).

Delivery

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs depend on the size, weight, and type of items you're ordering, as well as where you'd like them delivered.

The exact cost will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your postcode.

As a guide:

Small Items

  • A flat rate of £5.95 applies to small items.

Standard Delivery (weekdays only)

  • Standard delivery - delivered to hallway (one-man service): from £59
  • Standard delivery - delivered to room of choice (two-man service): from £89

We recommend the two-man service if you are unable to assist our driver with heavier/bulky items.

Oversized Items (weekdays only)

  • Oversized items - delivered to hallway (one-man service): from £79
  • Oversized items - delivered to room of choice (two-man service): from £99

We recommend our two-man service if you are unable to assist our driver with heavier/bulky items and wish to have your item delivered to your desired room.

You’re also welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from our warehouse.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery. But we have a lot of options that allow flexible payments.
