Delivery Policy

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the size, weight, and type of items you're ordering, as well as where you'd like them delivered.

The exact cost will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your postcode.

As a guide:

Small Items

  • A flat rate of £5.95 applies to small items.

Standard Delivery

  • Standard delivery - hallway delivery (one-man service): from £59
  • Standard delivery - room of choice (two-man service): from £89

We recommend the two-man service if you are unable to assist our driver with heavier/bulky items.

Oversized Items

  • Oversized items - hallway delivery (one-man service): from £79
  • Oversized items - room of choice (two-man service): from £99

What's the difference between a one-man and two-man delivery service?

A one-man delivery means our driver will bring your items to the room of your choice, but we'd ask that you're on hand to help with heavier or bulkier pieces.

If you're unable to assist, or would simply prefer a fully managed delivery, we'd recommend our two-man service, where two delivery professionals will handle everything between them and deliver to a room of your choice.

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?

Additional delivery charges - of up to £20 - may apply for certain areas, including:

  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Selected areas of Devon and Cornwall

These surcharges will be automatically applied at checkout once your postcode is entered.

How will I know when my delivery is coming?

Our delivery partners will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date with you, so you won't be left guessing. Please note at present we only offer weekday deliveries (Monday-Friday).

Will my item require assembly?

Some of our larger or heavier items are likely to be split into smaller boxes/packages as our delivery partners have weight limits in place - due to healthy & safety reasons.

Most items arrive assembled or require minimal assembly. If tools or full assembly are needed, clear instructions and any required parts are included. If instructions are missing, we’ll provide them. All wardrobes arrive part assembled to enable access up any awkward stairs.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for delivery?

Please make sure there's suitable access to your property on the day, it really helps things go smoothly, especially with larger pieces of furniture.

What happens if I need to cancel my delivery?

You can cancel free of charge up until 1:00pm on the working day before your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel after this time, 100% of the delivery charge will apply.

What if I miss my delivery?

If a delivery cannot be completed and your items are returned to our warehouse, you'll be liable for the original delivery charge plus an additional 50%.

We'd always recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible if you think there might be an issue on the day.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Don’t worry, we record and track every item we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find the whereabouts of your purchase.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely! You're very welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouse at no extra cost. Just select this option at the checkout and once you've placed your order we'll arrange a convenient collection time with you.
